Village Rules
The cabins and accompanying boat/carports are situated in a Circle with an inner and outer road for easy driving and parking. Guests are encouraged to explore the surrounding area, but refrain from entering any barns, silos, or utility buildings. Pets are not allowed in the property. Free covered parking and electrical outlet for battery charging is available. Free curbside parking for other vehicles. Fires and smoking are permitted in the fire pit near the picnic and grill area. No smoking anywhere but the designated smoking area in the center (picnic area) of the Village. Furniture rearrangement is not allowed as this can damage the floor. Outdoor furniture stays outside, and indoor furniture stays inside.

Cancellation
If you have reserved a cabin and desire to cancel the reservation prior to 14 days of your scheduled arrival, Mink Creek Village will refund 100% of payments made less financial (PayPal/Credit Card) processing fees. If you need to cancel inside 14 days, but more than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival, Mink Creek Village will work with you to find alternative dates for your visit if desired. If agreement is reached on alternative dates, all payments made will be transferred to the new reservation. If agreement is not reached, Mink Creek Village will refund 50% of all payments made less financial (PayPal/Credit Card) processing fees. Cancellations inside 3 days prior to the visit are not accepted and no refund will be provided.
Payment
If you make a reservation within 14 days of anticipated arrival date, the full amount is due to make the reservation. If you reserve a cabin more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, a 50% deposit is required to hold the cabin. The balance of payment is required once you are within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date. You may make the balance payment using the “Payment Tab” on our website. If you require assistance making a payment you may call the contact number on our website. If you do not make the balance payment at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, Mink Creek Village may cancel the reservation, retain all payments, and make the cabin available for lease to another party. Mink Creek Village will attempt to contact you about making final payment prior to cancelling the reservation.
